Have stayed at Yama Shizen 4 times now. Great place in convenient location. Booking with Niseko Central was fantastic. We booked transfers and lift passes with them. The shuttle bus to the Hirafu gondola was greatly appreciated.

Stayed at Yama Shizen Room 304W which once again exceeded our expectations. With 3 large bedrooms and large living area it was so comfortable for the 6 of us staying there. The free shuttle bus to the King Gondola was fantastic and reliable. Would highly recommend staying at 304W Yama Shizen.

The rooms were clean and modern. Rooms are quiet. Close to many restaurants and shops. The ski and boot storage in basements is perfect to keep gear dry and out of your room. The front desk and online staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. They moved my bags when I changed rooms so I could not miss any skiing. I'm very impressed and satisfied with my stay.
